2. We Raise & Finish Your Beef
Your beef is raised with care using regenerative practices, grass-fed and grain finished, and processed at peak quality for flavor and nutrition.
3. Final Payment & Delivery
Once your beef is ready, we’ll invoice you for the final amount based on hanging weight. Then we ship it directly to your door or schedule local pickup—easy and stress-free.
4. Fill Your Freezer
Stock up with nutrient-dense beef, save money per pound, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having your protein handled for months to come.

Healing The Earth
At Legacy Meadow Farm, we raise beef with purpose—so you can be confident your beef is healing the environment.
Well-managed pasture does more than feed cattle—it plays a vital role in restoring soil and pulling carbon from the atmosphere. As grasses grow, they absorb carbon dioxide and convert it into sugars. Some of those sugars are sent down through the roots to feed microorganisms in the soil, which in turn provide nutrients to the plants. This process stores carbon in the soil, where it belongs.
When livestock graze, they clip the plants, stimulating fresh growth and continuing the cycle. Their hooves press plant matter into the earth, feeding the soil and helping it come alive.
